How can I purchase tickets?All ticket purchases are made online, from this website. We recommend purchasing your tickets well in advance so you don't miss out. Any tickets not purchased from this website are not valid. Tickets can not be purchased over the phone.

I didn't receive my tickets in my email!It can be easy to mistype your contact details when purchasing tickets. If you did not receive an email to your chosen address upon purchasing tickets, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please email us at info@echoesbellavista.com.au with your full name, correct email address and best contact number.

Is it possible to pay by cash at the gates?No. Tickets are only available through the Echoes website.

Do I need to print my ticket?No. Your ticket will be delivered electronically to your email address with a QR code. Simply show us the QR code on your phone to enter Echoes.

Do babies need a ticket?Everyone needs a ticket to enter, however infants aged 2 years and under are free. You are still required to select a $0 'infant' ticket during checkout. Children aged 3 years and older require a valid "Child" ticket for entry.

Do you accept Companion Cards?Yes, please bring your Companion Card along with your purchased ticket, and we will be happy to admit your carer or companion, free of charge, at the gate.

If I am unable to attend, can I reschedule the visit or be refunded?Due to the limited number of sessions, we can not offer refunds. However, you can attend at another time, and we will honour the purchase provided that you reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked session time. We want everyone to have the chance to experience this immersive journey! You can reschedule your booking from within the ticket confirmation email sent from FareHarbor to your nominated email address. Click on 'Change Booking' link located on the left hand side of the email, under the Echoes logo. Rescheduling must take place at least 48 hours prior to your booked session time. If you try to reschedule within 48 hours of your booked session time, you will not be able to. If it's within the 48 hour window and you can no longer attend, we recommend giving your tickets to friends or family.

My booking includes several people, should we all arrive at the same time?We recommend that your party arrive at the same time, however entry can be made separately, if your party members have access to the tickets as well.

Related fees and chargesAdvertised ticket prices to Echoes include GST and the card surcharge. A service fee is charged by FareHarbor (the ticketing provider). This displays as a separate line item on the checkout page - 'fees' and is a percentage of the advertised ticket total.

What is a low-sensory session?Low-sensory sessions feature smaller crowds and a lower-intensity light display due to there being more ambient lighting, earlier in the evening. Attendees can fully immerse themselves in the experience without feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. The low-sensory sessions provide a safe and inclusive space for everyone to enjoy Echoes. Don’t forget to bring along sunglasses, headphones, or your favourite sensory toy if you think it would be beneficial.

Can I buy a gift card?If you would like to surprise a loved one, but don't know what night they can attend, you can purchase a gift voucher via this link.

How long is the experience / journey?Once your ticket have been scanned at the entrance gate, Echoes can be enjoyed at your own pace. On average, we recommend allowing between 45 - 75 minutes to enable you to enjoy every exhibit.

How soon do I need to arrive before my entry time?Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to ease waiting times and leave yourself enough time to get to the entrance.

Can I take photos and videos?Please! We're even holding a joint 'Create & Win' competition for a fantastic $300 prize on our Instagram and Facebook pages. To enter, follow our Echoes Instagram and/or Facebook page, sharing your favourite reel or photos from the show, using the hashtag #echoesbellavista Pro tip! Who created Echoes?Echoes is a Luna Light Journey produced by Laservision. Echoes is an original creation produced for Bella Vista Farm. This is the first time Laservision's award-winning and sold-out Luna Light Journeys experience premieres in Sydney. The Echoes Luna Light Journey promises to be an immersive, nighttime experience that enthralls the region, bringing to life Bella Vista Farm for a limited season. Echoes is presented in partnership with The Hills Shire Council.

What do I wear?The entire experience is set along an interactive path through Bella Vista Farm. Please wear comfortable clothing, enclosed footwear and don’t forget a rain jacket or umbrella if it looks like you’ll need it.

Where do I park? / How soon should I get there?Due to limited parking and the need to walk to the entrance, please allow adequate time to park and arrive 10 minutes before your session. 🚗 Where possible, carpool with family and friends 👣 If you live close by, we encourage you to walk to avoid parking congestion. Use the Greenway link underpass (Norwest Boulevard). 💋 A Kiss & Drop zone is available, access via Elizabeth Macarthur Drive, Norwest. Is there somewhere to purchase food and drinks?The food truck precinct is open to all Bella Vista Farm visitors, not just those with tickets to Echoes. Visitors will be able to choose from a selection of the region's best food and drink vendors every night of the show. The food truck schedule will be shared closer to the show start date.

Is Echoes wheelchair accessible?Yes, however please be aware the show is set within a farm, over uneven terrain. The surfaces include crushed granite and grass. The path has a slope (crossfall) with a slight change in gradient and no steps. We recognise that the path may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility aids. Regarding transport, please utilise the accessible parking or complimentary shuttle bus or kiss and drop zone options available.

Can we experience Echoes with prams?Yes, however please be aware that the show is set in a farm setting. We recommend off-road style prams to go traverse the crushed granite and grass paths throughout the show.

Will there be flashing lights in the show?Yes, specific installations contain flashing lights. If you, or anyone in your family, have an epileptic condition, please consult your doctor before attending.

Are restrooms available?Yes, restrooms are available at Bella Vista Farm. They are located at Gate 2 and at the carpark (near the playground). Accessible toilets are present at both.

Can I bring animals?Domestic pets, including dogs, are not permitted in Echoes. Only trained assistance animals are permitted along the trail.

What happens if it's raining?Echoes operates in the event of rain or wind, so check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. If necessary, be sure to bring a rain jacket and/or an umbrella. Encouragingly, any drizzle on a given night would provide visitors with a unique experience because it creates another medium upon which the lasers and lights reflect. If the weather presents a risk to safety, for example, a severe storm, we reserve the right to close Echoes, in order to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors. The decision will be made to cancel the show by 6pm on the day. Cancellation: If we need to cancel certain time schedules, an email and/or SMS will be sent to all ticket holders. A notification will also be posted on our Facebook page. Guests can reschedule their visit by following the directions in the supplied email.

Will the lights affect nature?Our priority is minimising harm to the trees, plants and animals within Bella Vista Farm. We have specially designed installation devices and methodologies that enable the lights to hang from the trees without harming them. We also encourage our community to stay on the guided pathways to minimise damage to the surrounding foliage.

How have we considered the flora and fauna at Bella Vista Farm in the creation of this event?Through the creation of this event, we have strove to minimise any impacts to flora and fauna as much as we can. The event will impact approximately four hours of darkness, so will still provide night time hours for nocturnal animals to forage. As the farm is quite big, it is considered that there is space for nocturnal animals to continue to forage away from the lights and pedestrian flow of the event. Through the planning of the event we have identified every possible way to minimise impacts to our nocturnal animals whilst still allowing the community to enjoy the farm in a different way.
